THE PIT FLOWRIDER BODYBOARD CONTEST & BBC XMAS PARTY AT THE LOOP
Cold, dark, onshore? Not at The Loop Flow Rider it isnt! The British Bodyboard Club is bringing you the first ever bodyboard competition on a Flow Rider to be held in the UK.
The competition, which is open to anyone, will be a full day on The Loop. There will be a massive practice session for you to get your skills honed before the competition gets underway during the afternoon. European champion, Andrew Hilly Hill will be on hand to give you some top tips on how to get the most out of wave.
The BBC is also giving you the chance of an early Christmas prezzie in what has to be the hottest raffle in the Clubs history.
We’ve got over £500s worth of kit available including place on a Rob Barber Bodyboard School coaching weekend, a brand new VS 41″ PP Rawlins Ltd from the very kind Action Sports Distribution, a vip flow for 2 followed by a meal at the loop restaurant you both. All this plus lots more, some great prizes for just £5 we think you’ll agree!
You don’t have to be in competition to enter the raffle and tickets are available through the BBC website for a bargain price! We need your support in order to grow the BBC in 2011 and buying a ticket is a great way to do this and give yourself the chance to win loads of goodies!
PLUS It’s the BBC Christmas Party with live music from top bodyboarder Richie Peters band Back Harlow Road so stick around, have a beer or two and let the good times Flow!
This event is all about fun, and the BBC want everyone to have a good time and look back on the great year 2010 has been for British Bodyboarding!

CONTEST DETAILS
When – December 5th, 10am til 8pm – Contest starts about 2pm. Practice open from 10am. The Loop won’t be open to non-competitors
Where – The Loop Flow Rider at Retallack Resort nr St Columb, Newquay
Who – Anyone and everyone! This is a fun event, don’t worry if you’ve never been on the flowrider before.
How much – Competition entry £25 which includes a massive 3 hour practice session.
